Conference Grants by EEA

The European Environment Agency (EEA) has kindly offered to provide grants to a limited number of conference participants, with preference to young researchers or professionals with limited economic means from less prosperous European regions, so that they can participate at the conference with the aim of acquiring new expertise. The grant will cover a portion of the costs of these participants. The actual amount of each grant will be determined based on the individual’s needs.

Those wishing to apply for one of the conference grants should submit an abstract to be reviewed for presentation at the Conference. Moreover, they should provide:

– Proof of age [scanned copy of a government identification to be uploaded, file named as (Your initial_2018_ID).]

– A motivation letter of maximum one page, indicating their interest in participating at GCET20

– A recent Curriculum Vitae.

All the above has to be submitted to the conference email: [email protected] by 31 March 2019. Decisions on Conference grants will jointly be made by the EEA and the Scientific Committee of GCET20.
